Died: October 2007
Cause of death: Holes in the roof, poor siding, gutters and downspouts. The wood within the building frame had rotted. This CITY-OWNED building was condemned in September 2004. A possible buyer emerged, so the City held off on demolition. The sale never happened and the City eventually got around to addressing it. It certainly took long enough.
