Ascent photo update, 11/28/07

Leaky windows are being fixed and work is going on around the plaza entry, but the Ascent at Roebling's Bridge should be ready to open in January.

Corporex is building the 22-story condo tower at the foot of the Suspension Bridge in Covington at a cost of $55 million.

Well-known architect Daniel Libeskind designed the building.

It should be interesting once this thing is lit up at night...it will further extend that impressive skyline view (through the cut-in-the-hill) a little bit more to the East.

Does anyone else think this looks a lot like PBS in that it looks unfinished in its "finishedness"?
