Lots of action is taking place on Kinmont Street and Crocus Lane (BIRD'S EYE) in Mount Lookout.
Chrisman Homes is building this new house at 1019 Kinmont, which is listed for $499,900 and has a sale pending.
The middle house and the yellow house were completed last year and are occupied.
Mornington Properties is building the two new homes on Crocus Lane.
