The unimproved property at 350 Two Mile Road will be sold to the Crestview Hills-based developer for $196,000, its estimated fair market value.
Harbor View Holdings has indicated that it is under contract to purchase an adjacent parcel of land at 437 Sutton Road to provide roadway access to the landlocked, steeply sloping property.
The sale agreement allows the developer one year to investigate the feasibility of building upon the land, which was formerly controlled by the Cincinnati Recreation Commission and is currently zoned for park and recreational use.
