Homes feature 2-3 bedrooms, open floor plans, rooftop terraces and two-car garages.
Four are currently listed at $277,900 to $449,900.
This one, at 1789 Sycamore Street, is for sale for $323,900.

1789 Sycamore is one of the city's first certified LEED (GREEN) houses. Now it would be great if they would take those dreadful powerlines and place them underground. Thanks for the great photos!
