UrbanCincy: Clifton Plaza moving forward

Randy at UrbanCincy reports that the Clifton Plaza is moving forward.

The Bender Optical building was scheduled to be demolished yesterday, though I don't know for sure if that has happened.

The building's site will become a public plaza whose purpose is to better connect Ludlow Avenue with the merchant lot.

This project is part of a broader revitalization strategy for the entire Ludlow Avenue corridor.
