Pendleton Glasshouse Lofts hit market, has website

The newest condominium project in Over-the-Rhine's Pendleton area recently came onto the market, as well as a website to support it.

The Pendleton Glasshouse Lofts, at , contains 11 units of between 811 and 2101 square feet, priced between $189,900 and $319,900.

Fat City Properties, LLC has renovated the former shipping and warehousing buildings of the H. Neuer Glass Company into a combination of single-level and two-level units, eight of which have City views.

The industrial-style lofts feature rooftop terraces, concrete and glass countertops, IKEA lighting and cabinetry, and one attached parking space.

A second bedroom can be framed in, or the wall can be omitted to create a more open living space.

The property is represented by Comey & Shepherd's City Office.

Sales on three of the units have been pending since March.

Kevin, why are the sales pending so long? Is that normal when construction isn't complete?

Yeah, it happens often on projects that aren't complete. The contract is signed, but closing will not occur until the units are finished.
