During a May 23 media event in which the Cincinnati Museum Center announced that it was seeking to expand its status as a National Historic Landmark to recognize Union Terminal's contributions during World War II, I had a chance to explore Cincinnati Goes to War: A Community Responds to WWII.

On view now in the Cincinnati History Museum, the exhibit shows through artifacts, photos and scenery the contributions that Cincinnatians made on the home front to help the Allies win the war.

A restored streetcar is also on display!
