The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) is planning a major overhaul of its Southbank Shuttle service next spring, and is seeking public input to better implement those changes.Open until October 1, the survey asks prospective riders whom the shuttle should serve, what aspects of the service are most important, and what routes and frequency of buses are the most needed.
As part of the overhaul, TANK will be replacing its current vehicles with smaller, lighter trolley buses that will allow the service to route back onto the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge.
Current Southbank Shuttle buses are unable to use the span due to weight restrictions.
