ORDERS: January 2008, ordered vacated and barricaded due to lack of utilities, open windows, exterior paint, and cornice. The property, which appears to have been abandoned, became a drug house and was being used by squatters.
CONDEMNED: February 2010, adding gutters and downspouts and litter.
HAZARD: April 2011, adding falling bricks and a separation of the rear of the building from the main structure.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program. Demolished using Moving Ohio Forward funding.
